Consultant, thinker, thought partner, coach, designer, facilitator, visual practitioner – these are all things that I am every day and that I bring to every client relationship. I don’t separate these skills into packages, products or gimmicks – there are no 7 steps to anything with me.

My practice is built around the idea of solving problems by inspiring sustained creative focus on the challenge at hand and designing just the right kinds of conversations that need to happen to move the thinking, and therefore the organization, forward. The logic and flow of the process for doing this is clear because we begin with the end in mind.

My intent is to bring my strengths, and the strengths of the best resources I know from around the world, to bear on facilitating processes, verbally and visually, to elicit people’s best thinking, commitment to hard work and their most earnest attempts at connecting to those around them in a genuine way.

The point of my work is to deliver excellent value, exceed your expectations, and have fun doing it – if I don’t think I can do those three things I’m not going to take the project.
