I got good at process design and facilitation because I’ve spent a lot of years listening to the way people think, not just what they say.  I’ve watched hundreds of facilitators and event planners do their thing.  I’ve learned the difference between an artful guide and a glorified timekeeper.  I’ve had frequent opportunities to learn from world-renowned experts and to spend one-on-one time with some of the masters. Most importantly I've made enough mistakes to know the ones to avoid!

Whether hosting a world café for 1000 people or a senior leadership retreat for four, designing conversations to be successful is an art and a science in itself.  My experience and expertise has been used for:

  • Creative meeting design and facilitation
    • Board Meetings
    • Councils
    • Sales Events
    • Leadership Summits
    • Think Tanks
    • Stakeholder Engagements
    • Community Engagements

    • Marketing and Brand Management
  • Co-creation of training and learning curriculums
    • Leadership development
    • Executive development

    • Thinking Models
