The tools of the i2a system are built to teach in real-time, however, mastery comes with deep practice. The learning opportunities that follow are designed to increase competency in utilizing the tools and techniques of the system and expertise in traveling the continuum of insights to action and helping others do the same.

Most training is done face-to-face to accelerate learning, however, some are delivered by telecourse, and webinars will be coming on-line soon. In addition to teaching for Sounding Board Ink, Gretchen Pisano is also an instructor for Martha Beck Inc. and the Business Learning Institute.
